This year, the Manhattan Institute will award up to four $25,000 prizes to outstanding nonprofit leaders tackling the most serious public problems of our day.
The Manhattan Institute is a think tank whose mission is to develop and disseminate new ideas that foster greater economic choice and individual responsibility.
and the ESL In-Home Program of Northern Nevada has been chosen as one of the four winners for this year’s Civil Society Award. Florence will be in attendance accepting on behalf of the ESL Program, it’s volunteers and students.
The Award ceremony will take place in New York City, October 16, 2019.
